Privacy Policy

Overview
This policy explains what Vvvroom (the "Company," "we," "us") collects across vvvroom.ai and the deposit platform, how we use it, and the choices you have. Our approach is to collect as little as possible.
1. What we collect
Deposit platform. Your public wallet address and the transaction hashes of your deposits, plus the general country your request comes from (used for sanctions screening). We do not ask for your name, email, or a government ID to deposit.
Referral and Points program. Referral codes and links; the wallet that referred you; wallets you directly refer; attribution timestamps and status; own base Points; direct referrals' base Points; raw, eligible and pending Referral Points; sanctions, fraud, common-control and eligibility review status; and any optional public alias or privacy label you choose. These relationships form a private referral graph.
Founder applications (vvvroom.ai/apply). The details you submit — name, email, company, links, what you're building, stage, traction, and related fields — used only to evaluate and follow up on your application.
Operational data. Minimal server logs and anti-abuse signals (for example, an IP address for rate limiting and bot protection). We do not run advertising trackers.
2. How we use it
To operate the deposit platform and record deposits and Points; to attribute and calculate direct Referral Points; maintain the private referral graph; provide participant support; review sanctions, fraud, common control and abuse; reconcile the final TGE ledger; publish the masked-wallet leaderboard; to evaluate and respond to founder applications; to screen for sanctioned regions and prevent abuse; and to communicate with you about your deposit, referral participation or application. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it except with the service providers below or where required by law.
3. Public leaderboard and private referral graph
Vvvroom may publish one leaderboard with Total Points, Productive VVV and Referrals views. Public rows use a shortened, masked wallet by default. You may choose an optional public alias or privacy label; that choice changes only the public label, not the wallet-based ledger.
Wallet masking reduces casual exposure but does not guarantee anonymity. Public transactions may allow another person to associate a masked wallet, amount, rank, timing or alias with you. The public leaderboard does not show full wallet addresses, referral links, who referred whom, pending review details, sanctions or fraud flags, or the underlying referral graph.
The referral graph remains private operational data. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it for attribution, support, eligibility, sanctions and anti-abuse review, security and final reconciliation.
4. Inference privacy
The AI inference behind Vvvroom's products runs on Venice.ai's network, which does not retain prompts or responses on its servers and offers a spectrum of privacy — private by default, up to hardware-isolated (TEE) and end-to-end-encrypted inference for sensitive workloads. These privacy properties are provided by Venice; see Venice's privacy documentation for specifics. No system is perfectly secure, and stronger tiers can trade off certain features.
5. Service providers
We rely on a small set of processors to run the platform: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Venice.ai (AI inference), and Cloudflare (bot protection / Turnstile). Each processes limited data only to provide its service.
6. Retention
We keep deposit, Points, referral-attribution and private-graph records for as long as needed to operate and reconcile the program, handle disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security and meet legal obligations. Public leaderboard snapshots, aliases and privacy labels may be retained for the same purposes. Application data is kept while we evaluate it and for a reasonable period after. We may retain limited records for backups and legal compliance.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have given us, subject to records we must retain for program integrity, fraud prevention, disputes or legal obligations. You may request a change to an optional leaderboard alias or privacy label, subject to the published rules. On-chain data — wallet addresses and transactions — is public on the blockchain and cannot be deleted by us.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest and restrict the private referral graph by role. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Unauthorized access or a breach could expose wallet relationships, attribution history, Points, review status or other participant information.
9. Children
The platform is not directed to children under thirteen (13), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
10. Changes
We may update this policy prospectively; material changes will be reflected on this page and handled through any required notice or versioned-consent process.
